Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, born on 7 December th, 1963 in Edo State, Nigeria, was raised in a household that was a faith-based one, and was surrounded by loving and loving parents. He is the son of the elder of elder T.E Oyakhilome. Angelina, one of the early pioneers of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City, as well as the matriarch of Oyakhilome's Oyakhilome clan, who instilled her divine grace on her son very early.

The LoveWorld ministry is a joint effort of the family. His brother Reverend Ken is the renowned Pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston, Texas Church and a member of Christ Embassy Central Executive Council as well as his sister, KattyWorghiren, is the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry (LMAM), where there are a number of world-class gospel artists.

Chris Oyakhilome Biography Pastor Chris is blessed with two daughters, Charlene and Carissa Sharon. Carissa Sharon, who is also known by the name of CSO, has chosen to follow the example of her father and share the Gospel of God the world. She is a talented gospel artist, a Grammy-award winning singer and an active member of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Family.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome studied in Edo College. He then received an award to study architecture in Bendel State University. He also has awarded an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was his first university. He was called from God to join the ministry and serve the Lord.

While still in university While still in university, the Man of God established what would eventually be the largest church in the world. It began with a small group of prayer called 'Youth For Christ'. The group would later grow to be the foundation for LoveWorld Incorporated and Christ Embassy as well as eventually millions of followers across the globe.

The LoveWorld ministry, under the leadership of Chris, the pastor Chris, became the first pioneer of satellite television as well as Christian TV programming. LoveWorldSAT is the first Christian television station to broadcast from Africa all day, on air-free networks. There are LoveWorld television stations on cable and satellite networks across the globe.

Christ Embassy has a strong presence in Pastor Chris's native Nigeria, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. The church has two Healing Schools, based in South Africa and Canada, in which Pastor Chris hosts sessions throughout the year where miracles are performed.

Music and Gospel Music are integral parts of worship.  Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Pastor Chris supports Christ Embassy Churches and Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry choir training. Many of the vocalists have been successful as soloists under the guidance of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome's guidance.

The Future African Leaders Foundation is an organization that continues the inspirational work of Pastor Chris. It's aimed at developing and recognizing young leaders, and training them to be successful in the years to come. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, who is a fervent patron of charity, established the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation Inter (COFI) as an non-profit, non-governmental organisation that seeks to help communities that are most vulnerable as well as those in the most impoverished parts of the world.
